While there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are grateful you have entrusted us to help you purchase and service your vehicle. At Michael Jordan Nissan, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. We have one simple objective that guides us; keeping you and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several changes in our business to assist you in any way that we can:

• We ask that anyone who enters our dealership to please wear a face covering per The Durham City and County governments guidelines
• Sales staff will bring a disinfected vehicle of interest to your home for a test-drive and walk-around
• Sales team will provide virtual walk-arounds, virtual test-drives, and virtual trade appraisals.
• We ramped up cleaning services at the dealership.
• We added hand sanitizer at the front entrances and at all cash registers.
• We place steering wheel, seat and floor covers on all vehicles entering for service.
• Sanitizing wipes are near all workstations/counters
• We're closely following CDC recommendations on steps to prevent the spread of the virus.
• We've shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.
• Per CDC recommendations, employees who have traveled to at-risk locations, or been exposed to others who have, will self-quarantine for 14 days
• Finally, a strict travel policy for our employees is now in place, and we've canceled meetings with large groups
