I know that in the automotive sales and service industry, you probably have dealings with more than your fair share of unhappy customers.  In addition most people have had their share of experiences with car salespeople. I'm here to give a ringing endorsement of your dealership and in particular the service department.

I find myself in the position of needing a car sooner rather than later. There are a lot of options for makes and models of vehicles and lots of dealerships out there. I bought my 2001 Pathfinder from your dealership about 14 years ago and my experience with the service department is what leads me to know that I will buy another vehicle from Michael Jordan. You can be proud of the individuals that are the face of the Michael Jordan service department.

I have had my car serviced by Michael Jordan since I purchased it. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mark Padfield and the rest of the service team.   They always strive to exceed my expectations and make me feel like a highly valued customer. They have always made me feel respected and have listened to my concerns about my vehicle. They have always made it their business to make sure that I was not inconvenienced when I had either a scheduled or unscheduled appointment.

As I reflect on purchasing a vehicle, I know now that I will buy from Michael Jordan. Your service department has SOLD me on the dealership.
